A data hall and a process plant both need firestopping, but not the same systems, exposure curves or inspection regime. These are the scopes we deliver in each.
Data Centres
Uptime depends on containment
Dense cable routing and containment mean hundreds of penetrations per floor, cut and re-sealed through every fit-out. We seal trays, busbars and pipe groups with tested systems and hand over a barrier register the commissioning team can audit.
Process areas need protection rated for hydrocarbon pool and jet-fire exposure, not the standard cellulosic curve. We apply epoxy intumescent and cementitious systems to structure, vessel skirts and pipe racks under strict surface-preparation control.
Typical scope
✕Epoxy intumescent to structure and skirts
✕Blasting and primer compatibility control
✕Pipe rack and cable route protection
✕Holiday testing and DFT records

Power Plants
Protecting the critical route
Cable galleries and trenches carry the plant. Coating systems, fire barriers and rated seals keep a single event from taking out redundant routes, with firestopping detailed around turbine halls, switchgear rooms and control buildings.
Every service riser, shaft and floor slab opening is a compartment breach until it is sealed. We deliver firestopping, board systems, gaskets and rated expansion joints across cores, car parks, podium levels and facade interfaces.
Typical scope
✕Riser shaft and slab penetration sealing
✕Rated expansion and facade joints
✕Board enclosures to shafts and ducts
✕Handover pack for consultant sign-off

Infrastructure & Metro
Tunnels, stations and interchanges
Underground stations and tunnels combine long evacuation routes with heavy services. We supply and apply board, spray and wrap systems specified for transport fire curves, with inspection regimes suited to restricted night access.
Typical scope
✕Tunnel lining and soffit protection
✕Station services firestopping
✕Extract and smoke duct wrap
✕Night-shift and possession working

Marine & Offshore
A- and H-class insulation
Vessels and offshore modules require class-approved bulkhead and deck insulation. We supply marine-grade systems with the fixings, pins and washers engineered to hold them through service life, installed to approved drawings.
